Welcome to Tiki Tours of Charleston (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a cruise, visiting our website, or participating in any of our tours, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking & Reservations

  • All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only once payment is received.

  • A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.

  • Prices, routes, and schedules are subject to change due to weather, tides, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies are outlined at the time of booking and may vary by cruise type.
  • No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.
  • If a cruise is canceled by Tiki Tours of Charleston due to weather or safety concerns, guests may be offered a reschedule or refund at our discretion.

Arrival & Boarding

  • Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced cruise time or forfeiture of the booking without refund.

  • A valid photo ID may be required for boarding.

Alcohol & Age Policy

  • Guests under the age of 21 are welcome to join our cruises, including private and public charters.

  • Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21, in accordance with South Carolina law.

  • Underage guests may not consume alcohol on board the vessel or in the surrounding marina or premises.

  • Tiki Tours of Charleston reserves the right to check identification and refuse alcohol-related privileges to any guest.

  • Guests who violate this policy may be removed from the cruise without refund.

BYOB Policy

  • Our cruises are BYOB unless otherwise stated.

  • Guests are responsible for bringing their own beverages and complying with all applicable laws.

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board.

Guest Conduct & Safety

  • Guests must follow all instructions provided by the captain and crew.

  • Unsafe, disruptive, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the cruise without refund.

  • Swimming is permitted only when approved by the captain and under safe conditions.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in boat tours and water activities involves inherent risks.

  • By joining a cruise, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with boating and water activities.

  • Tiki Tours of Charleston is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Photography & Media Release

  • Tiki Tours of Charleston may take photos or videos during cruises for promotional purposes.

  • By participating, guests grant permission for their likeness to be used in marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

Weather & Safety Conditions

  • Cruises operate rain or shine, unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain.

  • Route changes or early returns may occur for safety reasons without refund.

Third-Party Services

  • We may partner with third-party vendors (such as catering or entertainment providers).
  • Tiki Tours of Charleston is not responsible for the actions or services provided by third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
