  • 6:00 PM | Departure from the Dock
  • 6:05 – 7:45 PM | Cruise Charleston Harbor, play games, enjoy giveaways, and watch the sunset 
  • 8:00 PM | Return to Dock

CANCELLATION POLICY

Charleston sunsets are beautiful rain or shine, but safety always comes first! In case of severe weather or unsafe boating conditions, cruises may be delayed or rescheduled. If your trip is canceled due to weather, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Our U.S. Coast Guard–certified captain monitors conditions closely to make sure every cruise is smooth, safe, and full of good vibes. 🌊

We understand plans change — life happens!

  • Cancellations 30+ days before your cruise: Full refund.
  • Cancellations within 14 days: Eligible for reschedule

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: Non-refundable.

 

CHARLESTON PUBLIC BOAT TOUR FAQS

We’re located at Bristol Marina, just minutes from downtown Charleston.
Parking & drop-off: 185 Lockwood Dr, Charleston, SC 29403 (Brittlebank Park, across from the Marriott Hotel).

From the parking area, walk left toward the marina gate near the rowboats. Enter code 4325 + Enter and continue straight down the dock to the Friki Tiki.

Please arrive 15–20 minutes early. Public and semi-private cruises depart on time, and refunds aren’t available for missed departures.

Our sunset boat tours are 2hr long!

Captain, music system, coolers, ice and waters are included. And of course the most fun sunset atmosphere and live music!
Groups are welcome to bring out food as well as other beverages (just no hard liquor please)We definitely recommend sunscreen or any other protective sun wear as half the boat is open and Charleston sun is hot!  

Our cruises run rain or shine — but safety always comes first. If the captain determines that weather conditions aren’t safe for cruising, we’ll work with you to reschedule or issue a refund.

Unfortunately, Swimming is not offered on our public tour or our sunset tours.  

Gratuity is not included in the price of the charter.  If you would like to leave anything for the crew, they accept cash and Venmo at the end of each boat tour.
